God Will Pay Back The Wrongdoer:
-No one escapes God’s judgment
-No one has any “pull” with God

God Is Sovereign:
-We acknowledge His supreme authority & control over creation
-Sovereign: “being superior, supreme in power & independent of others”
-Applied to God: He is the ultimate source of all power & authority
-Unlike human judges, God knows every detail about every wrongdoer

Psalm 89:14...“Righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne; steadfast love and faithfulness go before you”

1 Timothy 5:24...“The sins of some men are obvious, reaching the place of judgment ahead of them; but the sins of others trail behind them.”

Psalm 73:2-9...“As for me, my feet had almost stumbled, my steps had nearly slipped. For I was envious of the arrogant when I saw the prosperity of the wicked. For they have no pangs until death; their bodies are fat and sleek. They are not in trouble as others are; they are not stricken like the rest of mankind.
