Matthew 7:13...“For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many”

Matthew 28:18-20...“And Jesus came and said to them, ‘All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.’”

Colossians 4...

“Key Verse” In Colossians...“I am saying this so that no one will deceive you with persuasive arguments.” -Chapter 2, verse 4

Sermon In A Sentence:The greatest danger to our faith in Jesus Christ is our tendency to be influenced by the surrounding culture.

Colossians 1:1-4...“Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by God’s will, and Timothy our brother: To the saints in Christ at Colossae, who are faithful brothers. Grace to you and peace from God our Father. We always thank God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, when we pray for you, for we have heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and of the love you have for all the saints”

Only Through Authentic Faith In Jesus Christ Do We Find:
-Purpose in God’s will (v.1)
-Community in God’s people (v.2)
-Encouragement in God’s grace (v.2)
-Security in peace from God (v.2)
-Gratitude for God’s sanctification (v.3)
-Capacity to love & keep the faith (v.4)

Ephesians 1:11...“In Him we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will”
