032623...“When The Son Of Man Comes In His Glory”...Matthew 25:31-46
Romans 1:18...“For God’s wrath is revealed from heaven against all godlessness & unrighteousness of people who by their unrighteousness suppress
the truth”

2 Corinthians 4:4...“In their case, the god of this age has blinded the minds of the unbelievers so they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God”

Sermon In A Sentence:On the day of judgment, most concerns that occupy our thoughts today will not be important; only what we did in Jesus’ Name.

2 Corinthians 4:18...“So we do not focus on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.”

At His 2nd Coming, Jesus Will:
-Sit on a throne of glory (v.31)
-Separate the sheep from the goats (v.32-33)
-Single out the sheep to inherit eternal life (v.34-40, 46)
-Single out the goats to eternal judgment (v.41-45, 46)

Matthew 25:31...“When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory.”

Matthew 24:3...“While He was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples approached Him privately and said, ‘Tell us, when will these things happen? And what is the sign of Your coming and of the end of the age?’”

Philippians 2:8...“He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death— even to death on a cross”

Matthew 25:32-33...“All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, just as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. He will put the sheep on His right and the goats on the left.”

1 Corinthians 10:20..."…what they sacrifice, they sacrifice to demons and not to God. I do not want you to participate with demons!”

Matthew 25:34-40...“Then the King will say to those on His right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave Me something to eat; I was thirsty and you gave Me something to drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you took care of Me; I was in prison and you visited Me.’ Then the righteous will answer Him, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You something to drink? When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or without clothes and clothe You? When did we see You sick, or in prison, and visit You?’ And the King will answer them, ‘I assure you: Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of Mine, you did for Me.’”

Matthew 22:36-40...“‘Teacher, which command in the law is the greatest?’ He said to him, ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and most important command. The second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself. All the Law and the Prophets depend on these two commands.’”

1 John 2:15-17...“Do not love the world or the things that belong to the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in him. For everything that belongs to the world— the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride in one’s lifestyle— is not from the Father, but is from the world. And the world with its lust is passing away, but the one who does God’s will remains forever”

Matthew 25:41-45...“Then He will also say to those on the left, ‘Depart from Me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the Devil and his angels! For I was hungry and you gave Me nothing to eat; I was thirsty and you gave Me nothing to drink; I was a stranger and you didn’t take Me in; I was naked and you didn’t clothe Me, sick and in prison and you didn’t take care of Me.’ Then they too will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or without clothes, or sick, or in prison, and not help You?’ Then He will answer them, ‘I assure you: Whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for Me either.’”

Matthew 25:46...“And they will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”
