090521- “Spiritual Worship” Romans 12:1-2. Mark 7:7 “In vain do they worship Me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.”

Romans 12:1-2 “Therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, I urge you to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God; this is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this age, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may discern what is the good, pleasing, and perfect will of God.”

The Sermon In A Sentence:Spiritual worship is the continuous presenting of your body & mind to God for Him to transform.

Spiritual Worship Is:
-Acting on your beliefs about God
-To be corporate as well as individual
-Inviting God to serve you
-Presenting your body as a living sacrifice to God
-A transformed mind that discerns God’s will

Hebrews 10:24 “Not staying away from our worship meetings, as some habitually do, but encouraging each other, and all the more as you see the day drawing near.”

1 Corinthians 6:19-20 “Don’t you know that your body is a sanctuary of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought at a price. Therefore glorify God in your body.”
