On June 28, the members of Morningside Bible Church voted to approve the Elders' recommendation to integrate with Central Baptist Church.
We are grateful for the unitly expressed in that vote and for the spirit of prayerfulness and grace that marked our time together.
This is a significant and joyful step. Morningside Bible Church is not simply closing. We are integrating - joining our lives, our gifts, and our mission - with another faithful congregation to pursue the Gospel together with greater strength. The Lord has been at work in this church for nearly 90 years and we believe that he will continue that work in a new and hopeful season ahead.
Our last service at the Morningside Bible Church building will be on July 5th.
