Morningside At A Glance
So who are we at Morningside Bible Church? What are we all about? Well, for starters, here are some quick details you are probably looking for:
- We meet on Sundays at 10:45 a.m. for group worship.
- We are a non-denominational church.
- We have our own live worship band every Sunday with keyboard, guitars and drums. We start every service with lots of praise & worship songs, with the words up on the screen in case you aren't familiar with some of the songs yet!
- We love kids! We offer a wide range of programs directed at children, including Children's Church, Sunday School, Kids' Choir and AWANA, just to name a few...
- We have a very active Youth Group for Jr. High and High School.
- Our adults find enjoyment and meaning through the various small groups and classes offered on Sundays and throughout the week, including Financial Peace University, and DivorceCare.
- What should you wear to worship? Well, we believe you should come as you are. From blue jeans to business suits, come join us!!
A Hospital for Sinners, not a Hotel for Saints
At Morningside Bible Church, we deal with real life issues. We're not your usual show up, doze off, go home church. We realize that you're hurting, you're scared, you're unsure. We want to get to know you, to help you through the hard times in your life, and to celebrate with you during the good times. We help people like you get their lives back on track. Because everybody has issues, we deal with those issues and we don't pretend that everybody's got a perfect life:

Are you dealing with the unbearable pain of divorce? We have a DivorceCare group that meets weekly. It's led by Mike & Debbie Rogers who have previously gone through their own divorces, and truly have a heart to help you get through this time in your life.

Are you struggling to keep the bills paid, credit cards paid, and still have enough money left over to go to the grocery? We teach the life-changing Financial Peace University class here at MBC. This class is put together by Dave Ramsey, and includes video lessons as well as small group fellowship to get your finances back on track!
